Gravel on Trail

 

 

We have placed gravel on the trail for two reasons: to slow down the flow of run-off that carries sediment into the stream, and to provide an accessible surface for all individuals to enjoy the trail. We accomplished this project by applying a four-inch layer of crushed rock, eight ft. wide, on the main trail that leads up the Gulch.
