Field Work
Numerous opportunities to participate in monitoring, restoration,
and maintenance activities are available year-round. Scientific
instruments (i.e. GPS, water quality meter, etc.) are used for many of
the activities.
Some of the activities you can participate in are: sediment analysis
in-stream; water quality monitoring; sand lance studies; plant
native plants; and remove invasive species. Check
the activity sheet to see when activities are available (not all
activities are listed).
